Information may be collected and stored when you register on www.juliusbowties.com, when you contact sales or support via email, chat, or when you use our services.
Storage and Sharing of Information
Our e-commerce platform is provided and data is stored in their cloud services at Hostinger(AWS) data center in Denmark.
Third-party Service Providers:
- Omnisend: Used for handling emails. All incoming and outgoing emails are stored with Sleeknote.
- Campaignmonitor: Used for email marketing or sending newsletters. Name and email may be shared with Campaignmonitor.
- Google Analytics: Used to analyze website traffic. IP addresses and browsing patterns are stored.
- Consignor: A supplier of EDI solutions. Personal information such as name, phone number, and address is shared with Consignor for printing shipping labels.
- Bring: Information related to shipments, such as name, phone number, and address, is shared with Bring.
Communication via Email and SMS
As a customer, you may receive emails and SMS messages related to your customer relationship, such as order notifications, tracking numbers, password recovery, and account information. This is considered legitimate interest, and consent will not be requested.
We also use email for marketing and communication. As a customer, you will occasionally receive newsletters as long as you have actively consented to receive them. You can unsubscribe from newsletters via the unsubscribe link in emails.
Access and Correction
You are entitled to access the information we hold about you. Requests for access can be made by sending an inquiry to privacy@gdpr.no. If any registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected in accordance with data protection law.
Retention and Deletion
Data that is no longer needed for its intended purpose will be deleted from our systems.
