Shipping and Returns

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices in the online store are listed in NOK.

You can pay via Stripe with either an invoice or card. Fast, secure, and easy!

The terms for invoice payment deferral can be found during checkout.

  1. SHIPPING

Delivery time will, in most cases, be 1-6 business days.

Always check the items when you receive them. If the items are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the delivery point on the same day the items are received.

  1. RETURNS

You always have a 14-day full return policy when shopping with us. You can change your mind.

The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive the item. Always keep the original packaging until you’ve decided whether to keep the product.

If you wish to return an item from your order, please contact us via email: julius@juliusbowties.com . Once we have received the package from you, it usually takes 5-10 days before the money is refunded to you.

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the return reaches us. We only accept returns if we aprove return and sent to you confirmation. Returns sent to parcel lockers cannot be received by us as a business, and these will be returned to the sender. Returns sent to pickup points will incur a fee of NOK 199, which will be deducted from the return amount.

Uncollected packages will incur a fee of NOK 199.

  1. CLAIMS

Is your item damaged? Please take a picture and send us an email at julius@juliusbowties.com, and we will assist you.

This means you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount on the price, depending on the situation.

Claims must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs related to returning the item when the claim is justified.

When you want to claim a product, always contact us via email before sending the item.

If it’s a transport damage issue, the deadline mentioned in point 2 applies. The damage must be reported on the same day the items are received.
