Price and Payment
The price of each product is displayed in NOK. In the shopping cart, you can view the full price including all taxes, fees, shipping, and payment. Our partner Stripe ensures that all purchases are secure and that your card details are protected. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and PayPal.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to Norway within 1-6 business days via Post. No customs or import fees will be added.
In cases where KAVALLI AS has reason to doubt the buyer’s ability to pay or ability to pay for the delivery of products, KAVALLI AS has no obligation to proceed with the delivery and shall have the right to stop products during transport, unless the customer pays in advance for the delivery and other claims based on the business relationship or related security that can reasonably be accepted by KAVALLI AS.
Returns and Exchanges
If you choose to return part or all of your order, a handling fee of 59 NOK will be deducted from the total return amount. Products can be returned by the original purchaser within 14 days after receiving the package. Please note the following: The right of return does not apply to opened packages. KAVALLI AS will, in accordance with our return policy, refund the amount paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the product is returned.
Privacy and Security
When ordering a product/service, you will be asked to provide personal information. By making a purchase, you agree that this information will be stored according to KAVALLI AS privacy policy, in order for us to fulfill our part of the agreement with you as a customer. KAVALLI AS is required by law to store this information separately from all other data.

Force Majeure
John Henric is not responsible for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly hinder, complicate, or make production, delivery, or shipping uneconomical until the hindrance is removed (force majeure). Such circumstances are to be considered to include difficulties in obtaining raw materials, as well as other problems and disruptions, including, but not limited to, war, riots, labor conflicts, fire, flooding, storms, accidents, fuel or power shortages, lack of transport, obstacles or interruptions regarding transport by sea, and any breakdowns or interruptions concerning our equipment or facilities that are necessary to fulfill the obligations of the agreement.
